Privacy Notice

When you submit an enquiry, UrbanGrid uses your name, contact details, property information and message to respond, prepare a quote and arrange the requested service. Campaign parameters may be retained to identify how an enquiry reached us.

Relevant information may be shared with authorised UrbanGrid operations staff and an assigned inspection provider to deliver the agreed service. Enquiries are managed through our central operations platform. Information is not published as part of your enquiry.

Optional measurement depends on your cookie preference. You can change that preference from the footer. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, contact us through the contact form and include your enquiry reference.
