Inspection Terms

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. The service provider, property scope, access arrangements, price, taxes, schedule and report delivery terms are confirmed in the written quote or instruction.

A standard inspection records accessible and observable conditions at the time of the visit. Concealed areas, destructive testing, specialist calculations and statutory certification are excluded unless separately agreed.

For standard residential inspections, payment is due after the inspection and before the final report is released. Specialist and consultancy instructions use the commercial terms stated in their accepted quote. Cancellation, revisit and rescheduling terms are confirmed with the instruction.
